It can be unpleasant to spend the entire process of planning your wedding feeling stressed and overwhelmed.   Having a professional wedding planner is not necessarily a luxury anymore; rather, it has become a necessity.   Hiring Essential Details to design your wedding and manage the details will allow you to relax, have fun and enjoy the experience.   From the first “yes” ~ to the ceremony  ~ to the honeymoon, we want it to be an awesome journey!  Our goal is for this special time in your life to be extraordinary.

After an initial consultation with the bride and groom to explore all of the possibilities, we will design a special day that incorporates your vision and uniqueness.  We commit ourselves to keeping you on target and within your resources throughout the entire planning of your wedding.

A few Essential Details that we can help you manage ~

·         Gather and review vendor contracts
·         Create a tailored activity timeline so every detail is addressed
·         Call all vendors to confirm details and times of arrival/delivery
·         Create a detailed timeline of entire wedding day and distribute to wedding vendors
·         Create a wedding day details list
·         Coordinate and manage the rehearsal (up to two hours)
·         Offer advice on etiquette and protocol
·         Assume responsibility for all vendor contact 2 weeks leading up to wedding
·         Maintain contact and answer questions via unlimited emails and phone calls
·         Coordinate complete wedding day: (up to 8 hours)
·         Meet w/ bride and groom to review last-minute direction, questions, concerns
·         Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
·         Assist wedding party, family members, guests as needed
·         Ensure all vendors are doing their job according to contracts
·         Assist in decorating: Light candles, place favors, etc.
·         At the end of the evening we gather and pack items and turn over to a designated person
·         Provide assistant coordinator(s) as necessary
·         Supply two-way communication for Wedding Coordination crew
·         Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of couple
